Because in Uzbekistan a phone number or email changes hands far too easily: a SIM card registered to a relative, an account set up by a former admin, a reissued number. An SMS code proves access to the number, not the right to the business. Business documents do. A real person reviews it, usually within one business day.

You don't have to — Bronjoy moves into Telegram with you. Clients book right in Telegram — through the Bronjoy bot, or your own bot on Avtopilot — reminders arrive there too, and you see and confirm new bookings in the team bot. Avtopilot answering client messages is coming soon.
