Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your” or “User”) and Odiliy Inc, a company registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan and operating the Bronjoy platform (“Bronjoy”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By creating an account, signing in, booking a service or otherwise accessing or using the Bronjoy website, mobile applications, Telegram Mini App or related APIs (together, the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Service.

• Service — the Bronjoy platform at bronjoy.com, including the website, mobile and Telegram Mini App, APIs and related online services.
• Provider — a business, organization or self-employed professional listed on the Service that offers appointments to Clients.
• Client — an end-user who browses, books or pays for services through the Service.
• Booking — an appointment created or requested through the Service.
• Content — any text, images, reviews, ratings, photos or other material submitted to the Service.

To use the Service you must:

• be at least 16 (sixteen) years of age;
• have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law or any prior decision of Bronjoy to terminate your account.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you are duly authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

• You may register using a verified email address, phone number or Telegram account.
• We use one-time verification codes (OTP) instead of permanent passwords. Keep your devices, email inbox and phone secure and never share your codes with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information, are linked to fraud, or appear to be compromised.

Bronjoy is an online marketplace and booking platform. We provide the technology that enables you to discover Providers, view their services, prices, schedules and reviews, and to make and pay for Bookings.

Bronjoy is not a party to the underlying service contract between you and a Provider. The Provider — not Bronjoy — is responsible for delivering the booked service, for the quality and safety of that service, and for compliance with the laws and licensing rules that apply to its profession.

We do not endorse any Provider and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or up-to-date status of information published by Providers.

Alongside profiles created by Providers themselves, Bronjoy publishes business profiles that we compile from publicly available sources — business directories and online maps, official registers, and the businesses' own websites and public social-media pages. Such a profile is shown as unclaimed until the business takes control of it.

Unclaimed profiles are informational only. The business behind an unclaimed profile has not registered with Bronjoy and has not agreed to accept Bookings through us. Contact details, addresses, opening hours, prices, photographs and descriptions on these profiles come from third-party sources, and parts of the text may be summarised, translated or reformatted automatically with the help of AI tools. This information may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate — always confirm it with the business before you rely on it.

An unclaimed profile cannot be booked online. The provisions of these Terms on Bookings, payments, cancellations and refunds apply only to Providers who have registered with Bronjoy and published their services.

If information on a profile is wrong, or if you represent the business and would like the profile corrected, claimed or removed, write to [email protected] or use the claim option on the profile page. We review such requests within a reasonable time and free of charge.

• A Booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed by the Provider (or automatically, where instant confirmation is enabled).
• Each Provider sets its own cancellation and rescheduling policy. The applicable policy is shown on the Provider's page and during checkout — please read it before confirming.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible through the Service so that the time can be offered to another Client.
• If you do not show up for a confirmed Booking, the Provider may, in line with its policy, retain the prepayment in whole or in part and may decline future Bookings.
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of your Bronjoy account.

• Prices are set by Providers and shown in the local currency, typically Uzbekistan Sum (UZS), unless stated otherwise.
• Online payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). By making a payment you also accept Stripe's terms — see Stripe Legal — and authorise Stripe to charge your chosen payment method.
• Bronjoy may collect a service fee in addition to the Provider's price. Any such fee is clearly disclosed before you confirm payment.
• Refunds are issued in accordance with the Provider's cancellation policy and Stripe's refund procedures. Where a refund is due, it is normally returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• You are responsible for any taxes, duties or bank fees that apply to your transactions under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan or your country of residence.

You retain ownership of the Content you submit to the Service (for example, reviews, ratings, photos and comments).

By submitting Content, you grant Bronjoy a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, translate, display and distribute that Content for the purposes of operating, promoting and improving the Service.

You confirm that your Content is lawful, accurate, your own (or properly licensed) and does not infringe the rights of others. We may at any time remove or moderate Content that violates these Terms, the rights of others or applicable Uzbekistan law.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or deceptive purposes;
• submit fake Bookings, fake reviews or attempt to manipulate ratings or search results;
• harass, threaten, defame or impersonate any person, Provider, staff member or Bronjoy employee;
• scrape, copy, frame or otherwise extract data from the Service without our prior written consent;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, probe or test the security of the Service, or interfere with its normal operation;
• upload viruses, malware or any code that is intended to disrupt the Service;
• use the Service in violation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including data protection, consumer protection and information-security laws.

The Service relies on third parties such as Stripe (payments), Telegram (sign-in and notifications), email and SMS gateways, mapping providers and cloud hosting providers. Their availability and performance are outside our control. When you interact with these third parties through the Service, their own terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours.

The Service — including its software, source code, design, “Bronjoy” brand and logo, trademarks, original text, graphics and compilations — is owned by Odiliy Inc or its licensors and is protected by the intellectual-property laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and international treaties.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the Service to you. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Service in line with these Terms.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely or secure, or that any Provider information shown on the Service is accurate, complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

• Bronjoy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill or loss of data;
• our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid Bronjoy in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) 1,000,000 UZS;
• Bronjoy is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any Provider, including the quality, safety, legality or outcome of the services they deliver.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Uzbekistan law (for example, liability for intentional misconduct or for harm to life and health caused by us).

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Odiliy Inc, its directors, employees, contractors and agents from and against any claim, demand, damage, fine or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) the Content you submit; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your infringement of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, that your account is being used fraudulently, that suspension is required by law or by a competent authority, or that there is a material risk to the Service or to other users.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through the Settings page or by writing to [email protected]. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and dispute resolution — will continue to apply after termination.

We may add, modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on the Service and the “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when it took effect. For material changes, we will give you reasonable advance notice (at least 14 days) by email or through an in-app banner before they take effect.

If you continue to use the Service after the changes have taken effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in the performance of these Terms caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government acts, epidemic measures, blackouts or failures of public communications networks.

These Terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Either party may send a written claim to the other party's official contact email. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the claim, it shall be referred to the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the registered address of Odiliy Inc.

• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver. Failure or delay by Bronjoy to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them, in whole or in part, to an affiliate, successor or in connection with a corporate transaction.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific terms presented to you in the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• Electronic communications. You consent to receive notices, agreements and other communications from us in electronic form (by email, in-app message or push notification).
• Languages. These Terms are published in English, Russian and Uzbek. In case of any discrepancy, the Uzbek version prevails for users located in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
